  1. Creating own exercises in workouts

    I'd like to be able to create my own exercises, in the list of exercises I often can't find particular bench exercises I use and instead use the closest approximation - it would be better if I could name my own exercises. Also, differentiation between sets - such as dropping the weight and raising the reps between sets or vice versa.

    • Allow Guided workouts to use GPS (runs, rowing, horseback riding)

      Right now if you add a Guided Workout that involves running/walking/jogging it will only track calories and BPM, it won't ask if you want to use GPS to track the run. The Run tile allows free running and what not with GPS tracking but it doesn't allow the use of intervals like guided workouts.

      • Allow multiple workouts to be synced on band at the same time

        It is not feasible to track the single guided workouts (arms, shoulder, chest, etc) during more than a day because I need to syn a different workout everyday and start again. I'd like to be able to sync more than one workout to intercalate different muscles along the whole week.

        • Allow users to make their own custom workout plans (weekly/daily)

          Just as your "Microsoft" plans are weekly, allow all user to combine workouts into their own custom weekly/daily workout plans. Instead of having to select a workout every time you would like to exercise, or be at the mercy of whatever guided workout plan you selected, you could combine workouts you like into your own custom workout plan....spanning days, weeks, or months. Whatever you would like.

          Example: I am doing an interval running program. I have built custom workouts which is fantastic, but I would like to combine these workouts into one 20 week plan but I cannot. Instead I…

          • Edit reps achieved during guided workouts

            The new custom guided workouts are great, but they would be even better if they allowed me to edit the reps actually achieved (and ideally the weight actually used). Sometimes what you achieve in a workout isn't what you planned, and it's important to track progress.

            Also, if your exercise calls for "max" reps, it's important to be able to track how many you did.

            The UI used to enter timers etc could be used to edit reps done/weight used after each set.

              • Guided Workout Request: Yoga

                Seriously, I would love to be able to go through yoga routines with my Band. Just take the yoga workouts from the Health and Fitness app and port them into the MS Health app as guided workouts.

                • Scheduled Workouts, and Multiple guided Workouts

                  I would like to be able to schedule my workouts on the calendar, and have multiple guided workouts queued up at the same time. That way I could have a light yoga style workout, strength training, and cardio queued up.

                  • Track my weight selection in Guided Workouts

                    The guided workouts are fantastic, but many of them require me to choose my weights. In order to make the most of the 12-week programs, I'd like to be able to track my weight selections so I can see what I did last time and go heavier this time. It could be an option in the App to enter your weight for each exercise, or some way to print a tracking sheet for the program. Tracking is critical to good progress, and currently there is no good way to track!

                    • Support custom exercises

                      Would be great if when a user is adding a custom workout, user can create custom exercises (e.g., squat thrust to shoulder press w/ twist). Think having social exercise groups would benefit, especially crossfit, if gym can create workout, push to users, and ideally, start the time for all users as well.

                        • Guided Workout Request: workouts from Beach Body

                          The Beach Body collection of work out programs is one of, and likely the, most popular work out collections in the US.

                          With P90X, T25, Piyo, 21 Day Fix, and many others, the company has proven over and over again that it succeeds others in popularity and success. It is without question that many Band users are likely also using DVDs from one of the many workout programs.

                          I recommend adding one or two workouts from a variety of the Beach Body programs to the guided workouts downloads. It would be a great way for users to have an idea…

                          • Team up with freeletics and offer their workouts with Band

                            Guided workouts are great and definetly something other activity trackers are missing. The current offering is not bad. However, I'd love to have my freeletics workouts available on my band. What needs to be done imho is an open SDK for Microsoft Health that allows 3rd parties to define their own guided workouts and have them integrated into Band.

                            • Guided Workout Request: Rollerskating

                              I roller skate and I know a bunch of people that do and I you have a highly accurate accelerometer and distance measuring more will be interested

                              • Add an option to skip and come back to an exercise

                                At gyms a lot of people use the same machines and bars. As it works now, the guided work out cannot skip and come back to an exercise of its currently being used. You can skip it but it won't be recorded.

                                • Sync multiple workouts to the band.

                                  Given the band is pretty much a stand alone device. I'd like to use the band without my phone during my gym time.

                                  Syncing multiple workouts to the band would mean the ability to create workouts and piece them together as you go.

                                  For example, I could perform a weight training routine and then tag on a chosen ab routine to the end simply by finding the routine on the band.

                                  • Show weight for exercise on band screen

                                    If the title of the exercise is too long the defined weight is not shown on the band screen. Either find somewhere else to show it or scroll the title? This is really important when using weights.

                                          I think it could be great to make a better use of our screen by showing a shot gif of the exercise.

                                          Also, would be great to give the possibility when creating a new guided workout to include 5 sec stop between exercises to rest and check what is coming next.
